The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has released a series of 3 books, which highlight the experiences from the South Pacific Biodiversity Conservation Programme (SPBCP), a ten-year project that was implemented in 13 Pacific Island Countries.
The publications are a demonstration of UNDP Samoa’s dedicated approach to projects that produce positive results and changes in the overall environment protection and conservation nationally and globally. At the same time, UNDP Samoa is building on the knowledge network and information sharing for future community based conservation projects in the Pacific as well as on issues of best practice as outlined in the UNDP corporate strategy.
